As a seasoned property investor, Josh has extensive experience buying and selling real estate across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and interstate. Now residing in Wurtulla with his family, he is passionate about expanding his property portfolio and assisting others in their property journey. 

Chris McMahon fell in love with the Sunshine Coast when he moved here in 2003 for university, captivated by its laid-back charm and stunning natural beauty. After starting his career in marketing with the local council, he made a dynamic leap into sales within the prescription medicine industry.
